The service
Hidden Client is a subscription lead research service. We monitor public job postings, identify companies that match your configuration, research decision-maker contacts, and deliver daily reports with drafted outreach. We find and qualify the opportunities; contacting them and winning the work is up to you.
Billing and cancellation
The service is $497 per month, billed through Stripe. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
60-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied within your first 60 days, tell us and we'll refund everything you've paid. No questions, no forms, no retention call.
Market exclusivity
We work with one owner's rep firm per market. Exclusivity applies while your subscription is active and ends when it lapses.
Fair use
Your reports are for your firm's own business development. Don't resell, republish, or redistribute the lead data. Use the contact information responsibly and in compliance with applicable law, including CAN-SPAM when you email prospects.
What we don't promise
We promise honest, timely research, not outcomes. Lead volume varies with your market. Some leads won't be a fit, and we make it easy to tell us so the engine improves. The service is provided as-is, and our total liability is capped at the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
